I'm an illustrator & artist based in the Scottish countryside in between Glasgow & Loch Lomond. I work from my home-studio alongside my husband Tim (he's a film-maker). Our dog Jeffers can be found snoozing somewhere nearby too.

I studied Illustration at Edinburgh College of Art, and graduated in 2009. My work is currently focused around pet portraits, and both personal & freelance illustration projects.

I work mostly in pencil, gouache and ink. My approach to drawing and painting balances expressive mark-making with tiny details. I draw and paint everything by hand, and love to make a good mess at my desk, always aiming to create artwork which is full of character. When I’m not at my desk, I like to get out and about with my sketchbook, drawing my surroundings and taking inspiration from nature.
