Ordering & Delivery

Please note this only applies to orders for Prints and does not apply to Pet Portraits or other bespoke artwork. 

I will aim to process your order within 2 working days. 

UK Standard Delivery takes up to 5 working days and is a flat rate of £2.50 for all orders.
Deliveries will be sent with Royal Mail standard first class post.

UK Express Delivery takes 1-2 working days. 
There is a flat fee of £7.50 for all UK orders.
These items will be sent with Royal Mail 'special delivery' post and will require a signature.

International Delivery starts from £15. Delivery times will vary according to country, but usually take at least 7 working days (longer for those further away!). 
Items will be sent with Royal Mail tracked airmail.

Delivery to the European Union
I am shipping orders to the EU as usual, but please be aware there may be delays with customs procedures. There may also be customs charges.
I’m making sure that I’m up to date with all the new procedures and complying with these as needed.


Returns and Exchanges 

If something has arrived damaged, please e-mail photographs of both the product and the packaging to hello@fionapurves.co.uk as soon as possible. I will be happy to offer you an exchange where appropriate. Return of the original goods will not be necessary, as long as sufficient photographic evidence has been supplied. 

If you have just changed your mind (these things happen!), please let me know within 28 days of receiving your order by emailing hello@fionapurves.co.uk. Provided the goods are returned to me undamaged and in a sellable condition, I will be happy to provide you with a full refund or an exchange. I will not be able to reimburse the delivery costs of returning the goods to me. 

Any custom orders or commissioned artwork (including Pet Portraits) cannot be returned or exchanged. I will always endeavour to make sure you are 100% happy with these products before they are delivered. For further information on pet portraits, please visit my FAQ page.
